Got kitchen sink drain cleared but got cable stuck in the kitchen sink drain. Have customer bid to replace kitchen sink and washer drain that are plumbed wrong,
Installed new shower head for hall bathroom and got pressure back on, and also gave a price to replace a short Toto toilet for a new short toilet.
Upon arrival, upstairs toilet was leaking tank to bowl. Removed tank and rebuilt using new Douglas valve gasket and supply line with fill valve. Turned water back on to toilet and checked for leaks and there are no leaks at this time. Also downstairs toilet was leaking at the base so we removed toilet and installed new wax ring with new supply line and reset toilet. Checked it for leaks and both toilets work as they should, with no issues at this time
We removed water heater flex connector that was leaking and installed new connector. We did need to use teflon tape and thread sealant due to corrosion on threads. We turned water back on and checked for leaks and there are no leaks on flex connector at this time.
We removed old heater and installed new water heater with code upgrades we did have to drill holes for fresh air after getting approval from customer also installed new hose bibs for washer and new shut off for dishwasher after we turn water back on we did not have pressure at kitchen sink nor shower valve so we installed new kitchen faucet and blew debris from shower with new cartridge install and they both now have restored pressure and all is working at this time with no leaks

Quote for outdoor faucets
Upon arrival found that sump pump was not working and there was about a foot of standing water in basement. Customer said they were gonna buy new pump and pump out standing water and call us back out for investigate the reason behind the standing water.
Pulled and reset free standing tub and we added new flange drain to the floor to secure it correctly and we also added a dab to set tub in place. Everything is working. We also added a new exterior faucet with new pex adapters and pex piping. Everything’s working properly and don’t have any more leaks.
Upon arrival, water was backing up via floor drain. Ran auger and freed debris. Tested by running water via washer and kitchen and both drain as they should with no issues at this time.
Was called out due to leak on union. Tightened union and stopped leak. If leak comes back, we will need to take apart union and replace gaskets.
Came out to install new 40 gal natural gas (rheem) water heater with all new code upgrades. Installed new hammer arrestors, secured existing 3/4 pex on hot side, and put some roofing tar around vent as well. Checked all connections for leaks none found
Cleared sewer via clean out with sewer machine pulled out some roots and also ran sink machine via floor drain in the basement. Everything is draining properly
Ran hand snake through shower drain and pulled back a lot of hair. Ran about 4 more times until I stopped pulling back hair. Test drain and everything is flowing as it should now.
replaced waste and p-trap and added new tubular drains. Got drain to drain properly. I also ran hand auger to clear kitchen sink drain. We don’t warranty drain clearing. We also replaced nipples and tee in the water heater for new brass fittings.
Prices were competitive with Airco; however, Airco beat Allied slightly. We went with Allied as the technician seemed more trustworthy and did not continually try to upsell us. Eli and Noah were excellent. Professional, courteous and efficient.
