Excellent service.
Upon arrival, tank pan was full. We shop vac'd water out and relit tank. We could not tell if it is t&p or if tank has failed. We put t&p down spout in small bucket and let customer know if small bucket fills, then t&p will need to be changed out.
Replaced hose bibs for washing machine
We cut inside of cabinet and added a 1/2in 90, also installed supply line and hooked up stove. Allied is not responsible for cabinet repairs. We then turned on gas and checked for leaks and there are no leaks on work done
We removed old toilet and installed new owner supplied toilet with new supply line and wax seal. We then turned water back on and checked for leaks and toilet is secure, with no issues at this time
Ran sewer machine via cleanout and cleared blockage. Tested with water hose and flushing many times. Sewer now draining properly, with no issues at this time.
Ran sink machine via floor drain in basement and got it cleared. All is draining properly now. Did hit several rough spots and and hit a spot I couldn’t pass. Recommend running camera and looking into rerouting kitchen sink drain.
Removed about 3 feet of cast iron that was cracked along with a tee. Replaced with PVC tee and 2" pipe, connected with cantex. Ran water via washer and kitchen sink and there are no leaks on work performed. Did see leak in basement from tubular coming through floor.
We augured sewer both towards house and towards main got sewer unclogged about a foot from cleanout also got sewer unclogged again after testing about 55 foot from cleanout towards main we then tested with water hose shower and by flushing multiple times and sewer is now flowing as it should with no issues at this time we also rebuilt toilet with new handle fill valve and flapper toilet also work as it should
Rebuilt toilet minor repair with new fill valve and flapper turned water back on and tested toilet toilet now works as it with no issues at this time
Ran water via top of run cleanout and everything drain as should ran camera and seen bad 90 fitting camera could not pass due to 90 suggest replacing 90 while installing clean out
Rebuilt cold side on kitchen faucet at customers request we did fix issues also tested faucet and faucet now works as it should with no leaks at this time
Came out to check why is there low water pressure to whole building, but there is good pressure to whole building, I checked faucets and sinks, also checked the meter and the valve to the building but everything looks in good shape and fully turned on. We could check water being fed to pop machines but it would have to be before the business is open or after closing to shut them off.
Installed new (owner supplied) lav faucet in bathroom checked all connections for leaks none found all is working properly
Customer called with a clogged sewer, Ran sewer machine via cleanout. Recommend running camera to fix sewer permanently.
Cost to replace service water line, we added new 3/4 inch A-grade pex and fittings, and also new ball valve by the kick in of the house. Everything is working as should and don’t have any leaks.
Added new exterior faucet on the south side of the house, and also fixed leak underneath the house for the washer drain.

My one project turned into 2 to fix the hot water under my bathroom sink. Did a great job explaining everything. Left the work area clean. Fixing my problem means happy wife, happy life! Maybe could have saved a trip to get a part if the picture I had sent in a text to the chat line had been shared with the tech before he came out.
