Nice work from Alix and Noah who installed a new kitchen faucet and stopped a leak underneath a bathroom sink. They knew their stuff!

Customer wanted to replace stop to ice maker, Removed old icemaker shut off valve and installed new. Checked for leaks, none found. Icemaker shut off working properly.
Customer called about leak on master sink, Put on nut on hot side to secure faucet also checked for leaks and there are no leaks at this time water may have came from faucet being loose
Customer called with slow shower drain, Used hand auger via shower drain brought out lots of hair we then tested shower and shower drains as it should with no issues
Customer called with a sewer clog, Customer had her whole house backed up. Main cleanout is in laundry room behind washer/dryer. Was able to run cable about 5 feet through cleanout and cleared line with the help of customer. Home is now draining properly.
Customer called about hearing water under house, 1/2" cold PEX line under home had burst, feeding shower valve. Customer decided to spot fix it. Cut out busted section of cold 1/2" PEX and installed new. New line was frozen/clogged so used thawing machine to defrost. Had to take shower head off. Put shower head in vinegar overnight, customer to reinstall. Line under house was working properly, with no leaks, and master bath has good pressure.
Customer called about rotten laundry drain, Stand pipe for washer broke off, old set up tying directly into a floor drain. Chipped out old threads from floor drain and ran new PVC standpipe. Tested, now draining properly
Customer called about dirt coming out of floor drain, wanted to run jetter in sewer line that has bellies. Ran jetter via cleanout in floor drain in garage. Ran hose about 85 feet through house, ran for about 45 minutes. Also ran hand snake via tub and was not successful. Had to run sink machine via roof vent and cleared blockage. Tested with customer, tub drains properly
Replaced shower head to shower upstairs and also replaced the pop up to the same bathroom lavatory upstairs. And added new kitchen sink faucet downstairs in the laundry room. Everything is working as should and don’t have any leaks.
Customer called about exterior faucet not shutting off, Rebuilt exterior faucet in front yard. Did stop drip but also put cap on just in case due to stem being broken. Also put cloth around faucet with cover. Allied not liable for freeze due to broken stem. Will return next week to replace faucet
Customer called with clogged sewer, Ran auger via cleanout and cleared blockage about 40 to50 feet out. Did not pull anything back but minor hair. Tested, now draining properly
Customer called about clogged toilet, Cleared toilet in the back bathroom, we pulled and reset toilet and ran sink machine. We didn’t pull anything out, we do recommend running camera to inspect
Customer called about a sewer clog, Cleared sewer by running sewer machine via clean out in the back yard, we didn’t pull anything out
Came out to give a quote on adding whole house shut off valve and a whole house filtration system quote as well
Customer called to have Replaced outside faucet located in the back of the condo, and also added new boiler drain faucets on washer box located up stairs. Everything is working as should and don’t have any leaks.
