Came out for leaking exterior faucet and found it would not shut off. Home owner said he would connect a hose with spray head for now to stop the water. Will come back to install a new frost proof prier silcock when customer is ready to call us back out

Pulled toilet and ran sewer machine, got sewer unclogged. Tested by flushing multiple times. Drain lines then clogged again, this time causing floor drain in lobby to clog. Ran sewer machine again, got bathroom drains and floor drain ion lobby unclogged. Tested again by flushing and poured 5 gallon bucket down floor drain. Everything is now flushing and draining properly. No warranty on drain cleaning. Customer says this is a reoccurring issue that happens almost monthly.

Removed old kitchen faucet and installed owner supplied faucet. Did need extension on cold side. Checked for leaks, none found. Faucet and soap dispenser are secured.

Ran sewer machine via cleanout. While running hose down cleanout for about 45 minutes, water level stayed the same. Suggest running camera to verify if sewer is clogged or cleanout is back falling
